Guest Room Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach must be made at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will be charged one (1) night’s guest room rate and tax if you cancel less than three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Parking

The Sheraton Myrtle Beach offers an attached parking garage. Self parking is currently $5 plus tax per night for hotel guests with in and out privileges and can only be accessed with a guest room key. Valet parking is currently $10 plus tax per night with in and out privileges for hotel guests.

NES Overflow Accommodations

Overflow accommodations are available in three Oceana Resorts properties – Anderson Ocean Club and Spa, Best Western Carolinian Beach Resort and Patricia Grand Resort Hotel. All three properties are located oceanfront on North Ocean Boulevard. Anderson Ocean Club and Spa and the Best Western Carolinian Beach Resort are smoke-free (including guest room balconies). Smoking rooms are available at the Patricia Grand Resort Hotel. Parking is complimentary at all three properties.

The following NPMA rates and reservation and cancellation information apply to all three Oceana Resorts properties. Children 18 years of age and younger stay for free. See each individual property listed below or visit their websites for more details.

Please note important information about reservations at Anderson Ocean Club and Spa, Best Western Carolinian Beach Resort and Patricia Grand Resort Hotel: The first night’s deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. The first night deposit is non-refundable unless you purchase the Protection Plan for $20. With the Protection Plan, there are no additional fees for changes and the deposit would be refundable if you have to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, a $20 change fee will apply to each reservation date change and the first night deposit is non-refundable.
